**Position Overview: QIDP Staff Coordinator**
As a Staff Coordinator, you’ll be part of our Inpatient Team, delivering direct care services that are
- Client-centered

This leadership role within the Inpatient Team is responsible for overseeing daily cottage operations, staff supervision, and the implementation of therapeutic programming. This position ensures fidelity to trauma-informed care, documentation standards, and agency procedures while maintaining a safe and structured milieu for youth. the position supports professional development through staff coaching, training, and performance oversight. Strong decision making skills, consistent floor presence, and effective collaboration with internal and external partners are essential.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma
- Must be at least 20 years of age.
- At least six months experience working with children with an intellectual disability or other developmental disabilities
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work
**Required Special Qualifications:**
- Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
- Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three (3) months of hire
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the driving requirements of the Agency
