Charlotte Behavioral Health Care (CBHC) is seeking a compassionate and motivated Healthy Start Program Supervisor to lead our Healthy Start/Connect team serving pregnant women, infants, and families throughout Charlotte County.

**What You'll Do**

  • Supervise, coach, and support staff in providing high-quality home visiting and care coordination services.
  • Ensure compliance with Healthy Start standards and guidelines, Department of Health requirements, and agency policies.
  • Monitor documentation, service delivery, productivity, and program outcomes.
  • Review charts and documentation for quality and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to staff.
  • Coordinate services for families experiencing medical, behavioral, social, or environmental risk factors.
  • Collaborate with physicians, hospitals, the Department of Health, Healthy Start Coalition, Early Steps, WIC, community agencies, and other partners.
  • Participate in community coalitions, outreach activities, and collaborative meetings.
  • Assist with program reporting, quality improvement initiatives, and contract performance monitoring.

## Qualifications

  • Two years of college (social science, social work, or health-related field) and three years of public health/maternal-child health experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in social sciences, health-related field (nursing, health education, health planning, or health care administration), or social work preferred.
  • Thorough knowledge of maternal child health and well-being plus child abuse and neglect prevention.
  • Knowledge of local social services resources (or ability to quickly build it).
  • Valid Florida driver's license, safe driving record, and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to pass Level II Background Screening and drug test.
