Evening Part Time Custodian

## Description

1. Provide basic cleaning of assigned areas.
2. Provide deep cleaning of common spaces, restrooms, and other areas as assigned and/or needed.
3. Complete janitorial work orders as assigned and in a timely manner.
4. Report repair or maintenance needs as observed during daily activities.
5. Assist with set-up and/or takedown for special services, concerts, plays, and other events or activities, as scheduled or needed.
6. Provide scheduled cleaning and servicing of restrooms and common areas prior to evening and weekend events when needed.
7. Assist maintenance staff in periodic tasks related to weather or seasonal needs, such as snow removal, mowing, or cleanup of leaves and lawn debris.
8. Other duties as assigned, based upon the needs of the school or department.

## Qualifications

1. Experience working in a janitorial or maintenance position is desirable.
2. Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, positive work ethic, and ability to work independently.
3. Ability and willingness to coordinate with team members and take direction.
4. Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
5. Knowledge of the materials, tools, methods, and equipment used to perform janitorial operations.
