The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming Wellness Center environment for members, guests, and staff. Primary responsibilities include routine cleaning and sanitizing of fitness equipment, group fitness studios, and other member spaces, while ensuring the facility meets YMCA standards for cleanliness and safety. This position also performs light maintenance tasks, operates cleaning equipment, and uses approved cleaning chemicals and supplies to support a high-quality member experience.

• Completion of all position specific and mandatory YMCA training within specific training deadlines.
