About The Role

## Description

**Premier Ambulance is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to expand our partnerships with hospitals, urgent care centers, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and skilled nursing facilities throughout Riverside County.**

**Duties include, but are not limited to:**

  • Business Development & promotion of our ambulance service to health care facilities.
  • Monitoring call volume generated from activities
  • Custom service & advocacy for our client
  • Follow-up & constant marketing via digital media programs
  • Support of local operation business activities (recruiting, promotion events, community events, etc.)
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with clients and community organizations
  • Collaborate with leadership team on volume trends, staffing models and business initiatives
  • Promote and enhance the organization’s brand in the community

**Skills & knowledge requirements include, but are not limited to:**

  • Sales/Business Development experience required, minimum of 1-2 years
  • Ambulance, Post -Acute or healthcare experience preferred
  • Strong, vibrant communicator
  • Self-starter & organizer
  • Good understanding & abilities in Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Strong knowledge of using social media platforms as a business tool
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Health care or ambulance industry experienced required

## Qualifications

  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales or business development experience.
  • Healthcare, ambulance, or post-acute experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated and highly organized.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and customer service skills.
