WAFC Instructional Aide - PT

## 2026-2027 School Year

**Primary Objective:**To assist classroom teachers in the instructional process, reinforcing instruction to individual or small groups of students in a classroom environment. Assist in the preparation of instructional materials and implementation of lesson plans and provide routine support. Assist students with academic and/or physical needs in order for students to access the educational environment.

**Essential Functions:**

• Schedule 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
• Assist teachers with instruction of students in the classroom
• Assist teachers as needed (i.e., keeping the students engaged in the learning process)
• Assist at rest time hour as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum Summer Expectations
• Successful criminal background check
