## Description

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes, quality standards, and food safety guidelines. This position plays a vital role in ensuring members and guests receive consistently high-quality meals in a timely manner while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workstation. Must be available nights and weekends.

## Qualifications

• Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred.
