Baller - Traveling Trainer

**Position Summary**

A High Plains Brew "Baller" is a Traveling Trainer responsible for training new Brewistas through the "New Stand Opening" process. Those in this role should expect to obtain an in-depth understanding of day-to-day Brewista operations, as well as the mastery required to coach new employees. Ballers also serve as the best representation of 7Brew culture, and are tasked with creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for our new teams of Brewistas.

Reports to: Baller Lead, Director of New Stand Openings

**Key Responsibilities**

• Gain an in-depth understanding of how to perform the operations of the Brewista position
• Gain an in-depth understanding of how to perform the operations of the Shift Lead position
• Travel with a team of Ballers for 3-6 weeks at a time to train our newest teams of Brewistas
• Lead by example according to 7Brew's culture and core values

**Work Schedule Requirements**

• Part-Time role
• Occasionally includes overtime
• Availability for travel year-round
• Availability for occasional holidays

**Compensation**

• Base Rate: $25.00/hour
• Overtime paid at 1.5x Base Rate

**Physical Requirements**

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to safely operate equipment and move within drive-thru traffic
• Capable of being cross-trained and comfortably working in a fast-paced environment
