Culinary Specialist - PRN - Wickenburg

## Description
As the Culinary Specialist you will prepare food and serve facility meals maintaining high standards of safety and sanitation.
**Essential Duties Include:**

• Prepares and serves meals.
• Maintains kitchen area and equipment in a clean and organized manner following kitchen cleaning scheduled and standards set by the Health Department.
• Records temperatures on kitchen appliances.
• Maintain food temperature record log.
• Assures that all pertinent paperwork is completed per department protocol.
• Maintain order lists for items that may be needed for next food delivery.
• Receive and stock incoming supplies.
• Ability to converse in English with others to give, take and process information; extensive use of telephone.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information, multi-task, coordinate projects and record/transcribe general and specific meeting minutes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Communicate with other staff to relay concerns and observations involving patient safety.

## Qualifications
**Education and Experience:**

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) preferred.
• Food Handers Card or Serve Safe Certification required.
• Two years food production experience required
