**Key Employee – Front of House**

The Key Employee is primarily responsible for working as either a **Server or Bartender** (employee's choice) while providing exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment. This position also includes limited managerial responsibilities, typically one shift per week, to assist with daily operations as needed.

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver outstanding customer service to every guest.
• Perform all duties of a Server or Bartender efficiently and professionally.
• Assist with minimal front-of-house management duties as assigned.
• Lead by example and maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management.
• Support and mentor team members during service.
• Maintain professionalism while handling high-volume, fast-paced shifts.
• Complete required onsite training and follow all company policies and procedures.
• Arrive on time and prepared for every scheduled shift.

## Qualifications

• Minimum of **2 years of front-of-house experience** in a full-service restaurant as a **Server or Bartender**.
• Current responsible vendor permits, AKA "bar cards" required or must obtain within 30 days of hiring
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new procedures.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
