We are currently seeking a full-time **Clinical Risk Manager (RN)** to join our team at the **Reception and Medical Center** located in **Lake Butler, Florida **(Union County).****

The **RN Risk Manager** is responsible for managing the Quality Assurance, Patient Safety, and Risk Management programs. The RN Risk Manager will serve as a patient advocate while provide risk management and risk prevention training to employees, and is responsible for the identification, implementation, and evaluation of strategies surrounding risk identification and reduction.

## Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in Florida
• Previous Risk Management/Quality Assurance experience preferred
• Risk Manager Licensure/Certification not required, but preferred
• Must show current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR certification
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
• Experience in correctional environment preferred
• **Risk Manager License/Certification required, or the ability to obtain within 1 year**
