**We are currently seeking a per diem Advanced Practice Professional (NP/PA) at the Western IL Correctional Center in Mt. Sterling, IL.**

**As Needed – Rate $61.48 + $4.00 Shift Differential**

The Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

## Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois NP/PA license
• Ability to pass background check
• 2+ years experience working as an NP/PA
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
