We are currently seeking a **full-time Women’s Social Rehabilitation Unit (WSRU) Coordinator** to join our team at **Chillicothe Correctional Center** located in **Chillicothe, Missouri**.

---

The **WSRU Coordinator** is responsible for providing administrative guidance and supervision to clinical and administrative staff and for collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate clinical needs and provide quality, evidence-based, behavioral/mental health services within a mental health residential social rehabilitative unit in a correctional setting for female offenders.

## Qualifications

  • Masters level degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited educational institution required
  • Active professional license to practice independently in the state of Missouri: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required
  • Supervisory experience in a correctional or mental health treatment facility is preferred
  • Behavioral/mental health experience in a correctional and/or mental health residential treatment unit environment preferred
  • Must possess current CPR and Basic Life Support certification
  • Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance
