**Centurion is proud to be the provider of medical services****to the Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections.**

We are currently seeking a **Licensed Dental Assistant** to join our team at **Hennepin County Department of Community Corrections Adult Correction Facility** located in **Plymouth, Minnesota** and at **Juvenile Detention Center**located in **Minneapolis,** **Minnesota.**

The **Licensed** **Dental Assistant** works under the direct supervision, assisting the Dentist and/or Dental Hygienist in chairside dentistry in a correctional setting. Additional responsibilities include preparing and sterilizing dental instruments, preparing and maintaining the dental operatory, operating radiographic equipment, and additional administrative tasks as needed.

## Qualifications

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensed Dental Assistant in the state of Minnesota required.
• Six months of experience as a Dental Assistant preferred.
• Certification and/or previous experience performing dental x-rays preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.
