**Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections.**We are currently seeking a **Full-time Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner**to join our team at **Graham Correctional Center** in Hillsboro**, Illinois.**

**Rates start at $68.31 per hour, higher with Experience**

**$5,000 Sign-on Bonus**

The **NP/PA** works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

## Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Illinois NP/PA license
• Ability to pass background check
• 2+ years experience working as an NP/PA
• Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
