We are currently seeking a **full-time Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)**to join our team at **Crossroads Correctional Center** located in **Cameron, Missouri.**

The **Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON)** provides clinical, educational and professional supervision for nursing and support staff. Works under the direction of the Director of Nursing and collaborates with mental health/medical leadership and other members of the multidisciplinary team in the correctional environment to improve health care of incarcerated offenders.

## Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in Missouri. Baccalaureate Degree preferred
• Must show current tuberculosis documentation and active AED/CPR certification
• Must be able to pass background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
• Progressive experience in nursing care with a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience preferred
• Experience in a correctional, forensic or criminal justice environment preferred

• **Available Shift:** Monday-Friday, Days, 8:00am-4:30pm with on-call as needed
