### **Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of healthcare services to the Indiana Department of Correction.**

We are currently seeking an experienced **PRN Primary Care Nurse Practitioner** to join our team at **Wabash Valley Correctional Facility** located in **Carlisle, Indiana. Malpractice insurance is paid for by Centurion Health.**

The **Nurse Practitioner** works under the supervision of a physician in a correctional environment and is responsible for assisting in the delivery of health care and patient care management. This includes collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, performing assessments, diagnosing patients, and medication management.

## Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Indiana APRN license
• Active, unrestricted DEA
• Ability to pass credentialing and background
• 2+ years of NP experience, preferred

**Shift: PRN**

• Day Shift
• Monday - Friday
• No nights, holidays or weekends
