**Centurion is proud to be the provider of comprehensive services to the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services.**We are currently seeking a **part** **time Licensed Practical Nurse – Lead Medication Nurse (LPN)** to join our team at **Dorsey Run Correctional Facility**located in **Jessup, Maryland.**

The **Lead Medication LPN** dispenses and administers oral, inhalation and topical medications to patients. This person also takes vital signs, assists in examination and treatment and with activities of daily living.

## Qualifications

• Active LPN license to practice in Maryland
• Minimum of one year of work experience as a LPN in a community outpatient clinic, hospital or long-term care facility preferred
• Experience working in corrections preferred
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
