Apprentice Commercial Plumber - Licensed/Service

## Description

Mako Industries is seeking a motivated and L**icensed Apprentice Commercial Service Plumber** to join our growing team. This position supports journeyman and master plumbers in servicing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and eager to grow within the trade.

• Assist in diagnosing and repairing commercial plumbing systems
• Support installation and repair of piping, fixtures, valves, water heaters, and drainage systems
• Perform routine maintenance and service work in commercial buildings
• Help troubleshoot plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, pressure problems, and sewer line concerns
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Follow all local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Accurately document work performed and materials used
• Participate in on-call rotation as required

## Qualifications

• Valid Apprentice Plumbing License (state-required)
• 1–3 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of commercial plumbing systems and tools
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to learn and advance in the trade
• Ability to follow direction and work as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

## Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working at heights, in confined spaces, and in mechanical rooms
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work in various weather conditions
