**Position Overview**

Landscapes USA is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician to join our Houston, TX team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in irrigation installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance for both commercial and residential properties. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Compensation**

$21-$27 hourly (based on experience and Irrigation Certification or License)

**Key Responsibilities**

• Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for commercial and residential landscapes.
• Troubleshoot electrical and hydraulic irrigation problems, including controllers, valves, wiring, and sprinkler heads.
• Perform inspections, adjustments, and seasonal system startups/shut-downs.
• Monitor water usage and make recommendations for efficiency and conservation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Communicate effectively with clients, supervisors, and team members.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety requirements.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• 2+ years of experience in irrigation installation and repair (commercial experience preferred).
• Certified or Licensed Tech
• Valid driver’s license with 3 years of clean driving record (no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years).
• Strong knowledge of irrigation systems, components, and industry best practices.
• Ability to operate tools, trenchers, and other equipment safely.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of smart irrigation systems and water conservation practices.

**Preferred Skills**

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
