About The Role

## Description

The Autism Society of North Carolina (ASNC) is growing our clinical team! We are one of NC’s only non-profit ABA providers, which means we emphasize quality above billable hours and have created a team culture that is both client and clinician focused. As a non-profit, we are able to offer BCBAs and families a truly individualized experience that is focused on quality. Our caseloads cap at 8 clients and we don't hold families to any extreme service minimums, like 30-40 hours/week.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Design behavioral interventions and intensive ABA programming using appropriate assessments, protocols, formats, and professional standards. Provide training and consultation as needed.
  • Supports a caseload to up to 8 clients with a goal of 20 billable hour per week
  • Provide weekly RBT supervision using CASP standards
  • Provide regular family collaboration and training to caregivers
  • Collaborate with other members of our professional community to support best practice

**Pay:** base salary from $80,000-$95,000, attainable bonus that could exceed $20,000

**Location and Schedule:**In home; No clients after 5:30

## Qualifications

**BCBA**: The individual must hold a certification and/or license as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst through the BACB (Behavior Analysis Certification Board); licensure through the NC BALB.
