**🔨 Responsibilities:**

• ⏰ Arrive on time and ready to work at job sites
• 🏗️ Assist with a variety of on-site tasks as needed
• 📦 Load, unload, and move materials
• 💪 Perform physical labor including bending, lifting, and carrying
• 🧰 Maintain and care for assigned tools
• 🧹 Keep job sites clean and safe
• ⚠️ Follow safety rules and instructions from supervisors

**✅ Qualifications:**

• 📋 0–2 years of labor/construction experience (we will train the right person)
• 💪 Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive physical tasks
• 🚗 Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• 🛡️ Able to pass state & federal background checks
• 🚫 Must pass a drug screen
• 🌦️ Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• 🔑 Dependable and available Monday–Friday (with overtime as needed)
