**Job Title:** Die Cast Inspector
**Supervised By:** Team Leader
**Responsibility for directing others:** None
**Summary of Position:** This position is responsible for inspecting parts per visual casting inspection work standards.
**Essential Job Duties:**

• Conduct visual quality checks per standard work instructions.
• Complete gauge checks.
• Manage shot blast machine
• Complete required paperwork.
• Frequently moves/lifts up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Constantly position self to run/maintain die cast machinery (stooping, bending, squatting, pushing, and pulling).
• Maintain 5S of multiple die cast machines.
• Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn in proper manner at all times.

## Qualifications

• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Withstand extreme temperatures (hot in summer, cold in winter).
• Must be able to move about in and around machinery and between lines.
• Ability to work varying shifts and overtime.
