• The Anthem is seeking experienced, energetic, and customer-focused Bartenders to join our team
• in a fast-paced live music venue. If you thrive in a high-volume environment, enjoy creating
• memorable guest experiences, and work well under pressure, we'd love to hear from you.
• **What You'll Do**

• Greet guests promptly and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages quickly and accurately.
• Operate the POS system efficiently during high-volume events.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with all company policies.
• Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled events.
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and management to provide outstanding service.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications**

• Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a loud, energetic live entertainment setting.
• Flexible schedule with evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
