Job Type: Part-Time

• Schedule: Primarily Friday & Saturday Evenings, Weekends, and Special Events
• **About the Role**
• The Anthem is looking for dependable, hardworking, and motivated Barbacks to support our bar operations
• during live events. This is a physically demanding position that plays a critical role in ensuring our bartenders
• have everything they need to deliver exceptional guest service.
• **Responsibilities**

• Restock beer, liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Maintain clean and organized bar stations throughout events.
• Remove trash and empty glassware promptly.
• Assist bartenders with operational needs in a fast-paced environment.
• Navigate large crowds safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures and house policies.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth bar operations.

**Physical Requirements**

• Frequently carry up to 50 pounds over long distances.
• Lift up to 100 pounds when necessary.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Move quickly through crowded spaces.
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

## Qualifications
