**What You’ll Do**

• Greet and assist customers as they visit the dealership.
• Provide a **consultative sales approach** to help customers find the perfect vehicle.
• Engage and follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media.
• Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, both on the lot and during test drives.
• Guide customers through the sales process, including financing applications.

## Qualifications

**What We’re Looking For**

• High-energy, **enthusiastic individuals** with a passion for sales.
• Outgoing and personable, with **strong communication skills** (in-person and over the phone).
• A customer-focused mindset with the ability to **overcome objections** and build relationships.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and **goal-oriented** with a strong work ethic.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required—we’ll provide training!
• Valid Driver's License **REQUIRED**
