Paula LeDuc Fine Catering and Events is seeking an **Experienced Cook**. Professionalism, positive attitude, keen sense of urgency, and attention to detail are keys to our fast paced, diverse, and ever-changing culinary program.

**Duties of position:**

• Possess experience with a wide range of culinary skills and techniques.
• Strong knife skills.
• Basic butchery, sauce and vegetable cooking skills.
• Proper food handling techniques.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Well-rounded food knowledge in a variety of cuisines.
• Ability to coordinate several activities with multiple components requiring independent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Be highly organized and detail oriented.
• Communication and interpersonal skills necessary to interact with management and staff at all levels.
• Ability to lead fellow cooks and support sous chefs.
