## Qualifications
**🔧Key Responsibilities:**
- Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including Ford Power Stroke systems
- Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs
- Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot complex issues
- Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
- Maintain compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

- **✅ Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of diesel technician or diesel mechanic experience
- Experience with Ford diesel engines (Power Stroke preferred)
- ASE Certification (preferred but not required)
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
