## Qualifications
**🔧Key Responsibilities:**

  • Diagnose and repair diesel engines, including Ford Power Stroke systems
  • Perform routine maintenance and advanced mechanical repairs
  • Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Complete work orders efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members

  • **✅ Qualifications:**
  • 3+ years of diesel technician or diesel mechanic experience
  • Experience with Ford diesel engines (Power Stroke preferred)
  • ASE Certification (preferred but not required)
  • Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting skills
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
