## What You'll Do
As a Lube Technician, you'll help keep our customers safely on the road by performing preventative maintenance and light repair services, including:

• Oil and filter changes
• Tire rotations and tire pressure inspections
• Fluid level checks and top-offs
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, windshield wipers, and bulbs
• Perform multi-point vehicle inspections
• Identify maintenance concerns and communicate findings to the Service Advisor
• Complete repair orders accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow manufacturer and dealership quality and safety standards
• Work alongside experienced technicians and service advisors as part of a professional team

## Qualifications
### Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic automotive knowledge is helpful but **not required**
• Previous lube technician experience is a plus
• ASE certifications are a plus
• We will train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

## Physical Requirements

This position requires standing for extended periods, bending, lifting (up to 80 lbs.), working around automotive equipment, and safely performing maintenance in a busy service environment.
