## What You'll Do
As a Pick-Up & Delivery Driver, you'll be the friendly face of our dealership while ensuring every vehicle arrives safely and on time.

Responsibilities include

  • Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles between homes, businesses, and the dealership
  • Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
  • Communicate arrival times and delivery updates professionally
  • Perform basic vehicle walk-around inspections before and after transport
  • Document vehicle condition and customer information accurately
  • Follow all traffic laws and dealership safety standards
  • Keep customer vehicles clean and protected during transport
  • Plan efficient routes to maximize productivity and on-time deliveries
  • Coordinate with our Service Advisors and Service Department to ensure smooth scheduling
  • Maintain dealership courtesy vehicles in clean, professional condition
  • Report any vehicle concerns or maintenance needs promptly

## Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a dependable, customer-focused professional who takes pride in providing safe and reliable vehicle transportation while representing Lewis Automotive Group with the highest level of professionalism.

**Required Qualifications:**

  • **Must have a valid driver's license AND clean driving record AND maintain a safe driving record**
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including customer and dealership vehicles
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers, employees, and management
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow directions, complete paperwork accurately, and maintain attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple pick-ups and deliveries while meeting scheduled deadlines
  • Comfortable using GPS navigation, mobile applications, and basic technology tools
  • Ability to work independently while staying connected with the Service Department and dealership team

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Previous experience in automotive, delivery, transportation, valet, courier, or customer service roles
  • Knowledge of dealership operations or vehicle service processes
  • Experience performing vehicle inspections or documenting vehicle conditions
  • Professional driving experience with a strong safety record
