## Description
**AIM or MISSION:** The mission of the boat builder helper is improve the productivity of the boat builder by preparing all surfaces, parts and equipment for the boat builder.
**DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS:**

• Prepare surfaces for welding and fitment
• Cleaning and grinding the welded area to remove slag
• Filing hull for rail fitment
• Assist boat builder in positioning, aligning and fitting fabricated parts together
• Retrieve and stage parts for boat builders
• Install tape on all required areas to prevent foam breach
• Tack and weld parts
• Keeping area clean and organized

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

• Parts ready for boat builders at correct time
• Welds are free from slag
