**What we're looking for in a Prep Cook:**

• Knife skills, range of cooking methods
• Attention to detail
• Cleanliness and organization is important to you
• Use correct tools to prepare all items in accordance with our recipes, plate presentation, and specifications
• Maintain clean area by following sanitation and safety standards
• Ensure product quality, quantity, appearance, and temperature.
• Set up equipment, verification of stock, readying product for business

**Physical Requirements of a Cook**

• Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
• Exert fast-paced mobility for periods up to 8 hours in length
