**Job Description:**

The position of the Trim/Finish Line Lead is to oversee the trim and finish processes within our production facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety by ensuring all team members adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.
• Quality Control: Monitor and assess the quality of products at each stage of the trimming process, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of trim line workers, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output.
• Training: Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members on trimming techniques, safety protocols, and company standards.
• Production Planning: Collaborate with production managers to plan and prioritize daily tasks, ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels of trimming materials and supplies, coordinating with procurement as necessary.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and participate in initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production metrics and report any issues or concerns to management.

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• Preferred - High School degree, diploma or a GED equivalent qualification from a certified college.
• Preferred – 2 to 3 years of leadership experience
