Acquisition Analyst III

## Description

Mayvin is seeking an **Acquisition Analyst III** to support the CPE Ground Soldier Systems. The candidate will support the development of DOD Contracts and Acquisition Documentation for ACAT II - IV DOD Programs as well as Abbreviated Acquisition Programs (AAPs), OTAs / MTAs and other acquisition and contracting efforts. The candidate will be required to work in a collaborative team environment and be comfortable working matrixed personnel as well as both military, civilian, and other contracted personnel.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an active Secret clearance.

**Responsibilities**

• Executes acquisition management across an entire product line
• Coordinates products and taskings across the acquisition process and life cycle phases
• Able to prepare, configure and staff all milestone documentation
• Assists with determining contracting strategy, prepares contracting documents, and coordinates activities with Army Contracting Command
• Participate in source selection boards and conduct technical evaluations
• Leads and provides oversight of product IPTs, test events, test reviews, and product demonstrations
• Assists in providing contract oversight for assigned products
• Maintains and manages the program budget and master schedule
• Identifies cost, schedule and performance tradeoffs
• Lead and oversee preparation of supply requests packages to Defense Logistics Agency and manage transition of products from PM to DLA or Army Sustainment
• Develop and draft acquisition strategies, acquisition plans and other acquisition documents
• Leads tasks supporting pre-award contracts, financial management, risk management, total ownership cost determination, and contract coordination
• Coordinates contracting actions with local procurement contracting officers
• Performs acquisition strategy requirements

## Qualifications

**Required Qualifications**

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in DOD acquisition experience
• Knowledge of and experience with DODI 5000.02
• Defense Acquisition System
• JCIDS

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Prior experience supporting US Army product management office
