**Program and Role Summary**
The primary focus of the **Program Assistant**is to provide comprehensive administrative support for the Enhanced Care Management program. This includes routine support services, electronic health record data entry, and various administrative tasks towards ensuring internal compliance and external compliance with collaborating agencies and contracted Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans. This role will support intakes, referrals, documentation and billing. It is essential in supporting all Medi-Cal Managed Care Plans systems, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across different platforms. The position requires collaboration with multiple departments to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
**The hourly wage range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00.**

## Qualifications
**Education and Credentials**
- High School Diploma or equivalent. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred.
- One year experience in an administrative assistant capacity, preferably within a medical office or mental health program.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, with a broad range of delegated responsibilities.
- Good grammar, diction, ability to write clearly and concisely.
