As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a hardworking, dependable individual to join our **Production Department** on**2nd Shift**as a **Floater**.

Candidate will be required to learn all positions on the production line and may be placed in a different position everyday.

**What You'll Do:**

• Learn all positions on the production line and may be placed in a different position everyday
• Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
• Assemble Flanges and End Plates
• Operate Overhead Cranes
• Operate the WebSplice (a machine operated welder)
• Tack Weld
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned

**What You'll Need:**

• Experience with measuring tools
• Ability to learn all positions on the production line
• Prior Welding Experience
