About The Role
## Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Efficiently manage office and facility operations
- Assist in the selection, hiring, motivation, coaching, training, and evaluation of employee performance
- Rigorously enforce all company policies, procedures, and directives
- Take accountability for full compliance with the safety management program on job worksites, including implementing customer requirements, incident reporting, work-plan/JSA, SWAT, and other relevant policies and procedures
- Prepare and assist with asset management reporting, collaborating on requested audits
- Strategically plan and coordinate district-level business operations with the District Manager
- Ensure district-level employees consistently meet and exceed expectations
- Provide comprehensive training for relevant personnel
- Foster positive customer and vendor interactions
- Regularly visits work site to ensure quality of work

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Proven experience in process improvement methodologies to streamline operations.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities to align district operations with corporate objectives.
- Proficient in supervising diverse teams while promoting a positive work environment.
- Solid understanding of profit loss management to drive financial performance.
- Effective collaboration skills with sales teams to achieve business development goals.
- Strong project management capabilities to oversee various initiatives concurrently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Oilfield service company experience
- Possess a minimum of 5-10 years of industry experience in a related role
- Proficient knowledge of MPD’s, PLC’s, RCD’s
- Experience with MPD, Hydraulic Chokes, E-Chokes, and Mud Gas equipment
- Proven ability to manage people, delegate responsibilities, and adjust staff workflows
- Effective communication with subordinate employees, outside vendors, and customers
- Thorough understanding of rig safety regulations and safety issues
- Demonstrate leadership principles and lead by example
