Lot Attendant - Part Time

Occupational Summary

• Responsible for maintenance of inventory and lot organization. Assist in tasks pertaining to sales, delivery, service, and inventory lot needs in a timely, organized manner to create an exceptional experience for our customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Follow all Northtown Touch Stocking/PDI Work Instructions
• Assist in vehicle merchandising as requested
• Gas all vehicles as requested
• Park inventory units in designated areas (new/used/lease turn-in/wholesale)
• Assist in changing license plates and inserts as needed
• Stock the showroom inventory as per instructions from Sales Management
• Clean showroom vehicles as necessary
• Ensure that Inventory parking is maintained in a neat and orderly manner
• Remove snow from vehicles and shovel as necessary
• Clean around the inside and outside of the building as needed

## Qualifications

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
• Ability to operate smartphone, tablet, and/or PC.
• Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs. occasionally.
• Valid in-state drivers license with a safe driving record.
