• **Position:** HVAC Service Technician
• **Work Hours:** 40 hours/week + on call and overtime as needed
• **On-Call:** Weekend and evening rotation as needed
• **What you will be doing:**

• Residential service, maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of heating and air conditioning systems
• Provide feedback to Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory and retail pricing
• Work in the utility programs the company participates in
• Providing excellent customer service
• Consult with customers on repairs, replacements, and give solutions that are beneficial for customer as well as company

**Required Qualifications:**

• 3+ years' experience preferred
• EPA Certification
• HVAC education preferred
• Clean driving record and insurable driving record
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
• Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repairs and replacing decisions
• Advanced customer service skills
• Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
• Nate Certification a plus

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
## Qualifications
5+ years experience as an HVAC residential service technician. Must have a valid driver license and clean driving history. Able to pass a background and drug screening
