**Position Details**

**Position:** Journeyman Plumber

**Location:** Twin Falls, ID

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

**Compensation:** $30–$45/hour (DOE)

**Employment Type:** Full-Time

**Position Summary**

The Journeyman Plumber is responsible for independently performing installation, repair, and maintenance of residential and light commercial plumbing systems. This role requires a licensed professional who can diagnose issues, complete jobs efficiently, and deliver high-quality workmanship while maintaining strong customer communication.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply lines, drain/waste/vent systems (DWV), fixtures, and water heaters
• Perform plumbing installations for residential and commercial new construction, remodels, and service calls
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues quickly and accurately
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and building codes
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Manage job sites independently and maintain productivity standards
• Communicate professionally with customers regarding scope of work, timelines, and solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Train and mentor apprentices as needed
• Accurately document work performed and materials used
• Collaborate with dispatch, management, and other trades as needed

• **Qualifications**

• Active Journeyman Plumbing License (Idaho preferred or ability to obtain)
• 3+ years of plumbing experience (residential/service and/or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field without supervision
• Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in various environments
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
