**$34–$47 per hour (Depends on Experience)**

### **Qualifications**

• ### Minimum 2 years HVAC experience required
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• EPA Type II and Nate Certification, required
• ### Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a hands on environment
• ### Strong mechanical aptitude
• ### Clean driving record

### **Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
### As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will work full time, 8 to 10 hour shifts Monday through Friday.

### In this role, you will

• ### Install heating and cooling equipment (residential and light commercial) according to company standards and manufacturer specifications
• ### Install flex duct and sheet metal systems in residential homes
• ### Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• ### Provide excellent customer service
• ### Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

## Qualifications
**What We're Looking For**

• 2+ years residential HVAC installation experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
