## Description

**Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM**, providing a three-day weekend most weeks. Overtime may be required to meet business needs during peak seasons.

**What You'll Do**

• Install residential HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, and related components
• Troubleshoot equipment during installation, startup, and operation
• Install flex duct and sheet metal duct systems in residential homes
• Ensure thermostats are installed, programmed, and connected properly
• Load and verify all materials, tools, and equipment needed for each job
• Complete installations safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good working condition
• Follow all company safety policies and training requirements
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members throughout the installation process
• Attend required meetings, training sessions, and company events
• Perform additional duties as assigned

## Qualifications
**What We're Looking For**

• 5+ years Residential HVAC installation experience required
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and understand installation specifications and manufacturer guidelines
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Commitment to quality workmanship and safety
