# **HVAC Service Technician****First Call Heating & Cooling – Oregon City, OR**

**Pay:** $20–$26 per hour DOE, plus SPIFF opportunities

**Schedule:** Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

*Some evenings, weekends, and rotating on-call shifts may be required.*

First Call Heating & Cooling is looking for a motivated and dependable Service Technician Level I to join our team in Oregon City. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who wants to build a long-term career in the HVAC industry while working alongside experienced technicians and receiving hands-on training. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys helping customers, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the trade.

**What You’ll Do**

• Maintain and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform planned maintenance with support from senior technicians
• Complete service checklists and related paperwork accurately
• Travel to scheduled job sites throughout the workday
• Operate company vehicle safely and professionally
• Communicate with dispatch regarding job status and customer follow-up needs
• Follow directions from supervisors and trainers
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Participate in training seminars and continued education opportunities
• Rotate into on-call emergency service schedule as needed
