Pay & Earnings Potential

• Earn approximately $22–$26 per hour depending on welding level and attendance incentive eligibility.
• This effective hourly range includes our attendance incentive program that rewards employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period.
• *Effective earnings include attendance incentive eligibility.*

Attendance Incentive Program

• Employees who work all scheduled hours during the pay period are eligible to earn a $240 attendance incentive every two weeks.
• When earned consistently, this program adds approximately $3.00 per hour in additional earnings.
• Maximum annual opportunity: $6,240

Additional Incentive Programs

Retention Bonus Program

• Welder I – Up to $1,000
• Welder II – Up to $1,500
• Welder III – Up to $2,000

Employee Referral Bonus

Earn up to $1,000 for referring qualified candidates who join our team.

What You'll Do

• MIG weld trailer components and structural parts
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Assemble and fabricate metal parts
• Maintain weld quality and production standards
• Follow safety policies and procedures

• MIG welding experience preferred
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints
• Strong attention to quality and craftsmanship
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment

## Qualifications
**Qualifications:**

• High School Diploma or G.E.D Equivalent
• Preferred; Technical education courses, postsecondary institutions, such as vocational and technical institutes, community colleges, private welding, soldering, and brazing schools and/or welding training through the U.S. Armed Forces
• Must have strong understanding of how to interpret and use blueprints, welding specifications, and welding procedures
• Must be able to use and read welding measuring devices including but not limited to squares, levels, and tape measures.
• Must be able to take and follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be able to communicate both with supervision and other team members as it relates to job function and current task.
• Must be able to make repair welds using fabrication equipment including but not limited to cutting torches, hand grinders, surface grinders, and wheel grinders.
• Must have basic math skills such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing for calculating material fabrication.
• Must be capable of learning the proper use of fabrication support equipment including turntables, cranes, hoist, lift tables, carts, flip tables,
