**Job Description:**

As a Material Handler 2, you will play a crucial role in our Plant operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve the efficient movement, organization, and storage of materials within our facility, utilizing both motorized and non-motorized equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Material Movement:** Move materials between production and storage areas using motorized vehicles (forklifts) and smaller motorized equipment.
• **Inventory Management:** Inspect materials for defects, quantity, and quality.
• **Stock Location and Movement:** Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment.
• **Equipment Maintenance:** Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance to ensure safety.
• **Packaging and Shipping:** Package, label, and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
• **Receiving and Shipping:** Load and unload materials for shipping and receiving, verifying accuracy and identifying defects.
• **Equipment Usage:** Utilize hand tools and equipment to prepare materials for shipping, storage, and receiving.

## Qualifications
**Required Skills:**

• **Physical Fitness:** Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs or more.
• **Attention to Detail:** Accurate and precise in tasks.
• **Organizational Skills:** Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• **Teamwork:** Ability to work effectively with colleagues.
• **Mechanical Aptitude:** Ability to operate and maintain motorized equipment.
• **Valid Driver's License:** Required for operating motorized vehicles.

**Experience:**

• 2-5 years of experience operating a tractor, forklift, and other motorized equipment.
