Job Overview

As Quality Inspector 1, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our trailers. You will be responsible for monitoring production processes, identifying potential quality issues, and implementing corrective actions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality checks on trailers throughout the manufacturing process, including raw materials and final products.
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and identify potential issues.
• Track and record quality assurance data, including key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work closely with the manufacturing team to address quality issues and implement improvements.
• Utilize checklists, standard work, and quality standards to document inspection findings and corrective actions.
• Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Other duties, as assigned

Education-Experience Required

• 0-1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to identify defects and inconsistencies.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members at all levels.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment.
