**Full-Time | In-Office | Lehi, UT**

We're growing our marketing team and are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive **Marketing Assistant** to help manage and execute marketing campaigns for a busy mortgage team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who loves marketing, enjoys keeping projects organized, and can take ownership of campaigns from start to finish.

**What You'll Do**

• Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns for multiple loan officers.
• Create, schedule, and manage email and text marketing campaigns.
• Track campaign performance and maintain detailed reporting.
• Monitor results and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Help brainstorm and implement new marketing ideas and strategies.
• Keep marketing projects organized and ensure deadlines are met.
• Work closely with our team to execute consistent, high-quality marketing initiatives.

**Bonus Qualifications**

Experience with any of the following is a plus

• Social media marketing
• Google Ads (Google Adwords)
• CRM or marketing automation platforms
• Email marketing platforms
• Analytics and campaign reporting

This is **not** a sales or cold-calling position. Instead, you'll be responsible for managing campaigns, communications, and marketing initiatives that help our loan officers build relationships with real estate agents and clients.

• **Location:** In-office in Lehi, Utah
• **Pay:** Starting around **$20/hour**, with higher compensation available depending on experience.
