## Description
**Position Summary**
The Production Manager will oversee the day-to-day work-flow of jobs currently in production to ensure jobs are moved from beginning to completion timely and efficiently.
**Essential Job Functions**

  • Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company’s production efficiencies and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
  • Recommends policies and procedures that will improve day-to-day operations.
  • Plans, implements, evaluates, and monitors processes to ensure forecasts are achieved. Communicates and explains new directives, policies, or procedures to staff; answers questions, and maintain morale.
  • Leads coordination and integration of efforts among multiple departments to produce smoother workflow and more cost-effective business processes.
  • Projects a positive image of the organization to employees and our clients.

## Qualifications
**Required Skills and Abilities**

  • Thorough understanding of practices, theories, and policies involved in business and finance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Education and Experience**

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Extensive and diversified business processes background with a strong ability to mange and drive performance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Excellent managerial and diplomacy skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Professional presence, strong work ethic and ability to under pressure.
  • Project management skills.
  • Salesforce experience preferred.
