**Villa Restaurant Group** is opening a new Starbucks location at Orlando International Airport, and we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused Baristas to join our team.

**What You’ll Do:**
As a Barista, you’ll be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience while preparing high-quality beverages and food items.

• Greet guests and provide friendly, efficient service
• Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to standard
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Follow all food safety and cash handling procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet service and sales goals

**What We’re Looking For:**

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to obtain airport badging (background check required)
