F4L is hiring **Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)** to join our Day Program team in West Jordan, Utah. In this role, you'll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by creating a fun, engaging, and meaningful day-to-day experience—both in the facility and out in the community.

#### What You’ll Do

• Support clients with their personal goals and daily routines
• Facilitate engaging activities in the day program and on community outings
• Assist with hygiene, meals, mobility, and communication as needed
• Document daily progress and support plan goals
• Provide transportation to and from the day program and daily activities
• Promote social interaction, independence, and skill development
• Uphold clients' rights and maintain a safe, respectful environment
• Keep the facility clean, organized, and welcoming

#### Schedule

• **Monday–Friday**, approximately **9:00 AM to 3:00 PM**
• No evenings, weekends, or overnights
• Flexible scheduling available (full-time or part-time)

• **Starting Pay:** $13.00–$15.00/hour (based on experience)

#### Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Valid **driver’s license** and **auto insurance**
• **Clean driving record**
• Ability to **pass a criminal background check**
• Physically able to assist with mobility and engage in active daily programming
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine desire to help others succeed
